HOW TO ORDER
For buying a specimen ore more, just send an email to info@wittig-minerals.com. In this mail please write the item's number, its name with locality and the price (for example: M02, Spessartine Garnet, Brazil, $ 280). Then you have to tell us also your prefered payment option and your delivery address. Of course we combine shippings.
If the piece is available yet, then it will be reserved for you immediately. All specimens will be sold on the "first in - first out" basis. Crucial to this is the time stamp of your email or phone call.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Your purchase(s) will be shipped worldwide via DHL or inside Germany via Hermes. If it is nessecary, to insure a higher-priced item (over 500 $), we will tell you (you have to calculate 2 $ more for every 100 $ step in item's price for a delivery address outside germany). The following table shows the usual shipping rates:

PAYMENT
Payment is possible via paypal, bank transfer (also international) or cash. After your request we will send you an email with the payment data and the full price (incl. shipping). Therefore please tell us, which payment method you prefer.
CUSTOMS / DUTY
Please understand, that you are responsible for all other additional fees (for instance customs / duty fees) if your delivery address is outside of the European Union.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days,
in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 7 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been
agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other
agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with
the longest delivery time.
